The College Ministry at COTC fosters a community where college-aged students can grow in their faith and integrate into the body of Christ. We aim to empower students to take ownership of their faith and continue living it out within the church long after college ends. We aim to serve as a bridge, helping college-aged students find their place and purpose in the church as they transition into adulthood.
Rather than creating a separate ministry, we focus on integrating students into the life of the church. Our ministry serves as a hybrid between high school and adult ministries, bridging the gap and facilitating a smooth transition.
Each week, college-aged students are encouraged to attend Sunday services, participate in church activities, and join college community groups. These groups meet in homes of Stakeholders at COTC to discuss the Sunday morning sermons, providing a space for deeper connection and growth.
Join us every Wednesday at Rocketown, from 9-10pm as all of our college and young adults gather together for an hour of prayer & worship! As Psalm 100:2 proclaims, “Worship the Lord with gladness; come before him with joyful songs.” This verse captures the essence of worship, reminding us to approach God with hearts full of joy and gratitude, expressing our adoration through heartfelt praise. Through prayer, we communicate with our Creator, pouring out our hopes, fears, and desires, while seeking guidance and spiritual communion. We look forward to this weekly time of connection!
